Austin was extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and pleasant. He helped us remedy some minor water leaks in our basement, and he was quite reasonable with his charges. It was tough work in very hot conditions, but he never once complained and got the work done in a surprisingly short amount of time. We highly recommend Seal Tight and Austin.
After all the snow, water had been coming into our foundation, a few inches in my basement. They were able to clean up the mess and get the foundation completely waterproofed and secured. I can't thank Austin enough for his prompt response time and how fast he got us taken care of.
I used Seal Tight for a house I was selling. It wasn't an easy job: fix floor joists, insulate, encapsulate and put in a crock and sump pump. They were on time and on budget, and when they were complete they cleaned up the site like no one was there. Very professional.

Is the estimate really free? What’s the catch?
It’s free, and the catch is… there isn’t one. We don’t do high-pressure pitches or “today-only” discounts. You get a written estimate and as much time as you need to decide.
My basement only leaks in heavy rain. Do I actually need waterproofing?
Maybe, maybe not. Sometimes the fix is a $200 downspout extension and a regraded flowerbed. Sometimes it’s a full drainage system. We’ll tell you the cheapest thing that solves the problem—not the most expensive thing we could sell you.
