Foundation Crack Repair
Polyurethane and epoxy injection that stops leaks at the source, plus honest calls on cosmetic versus structural cracks.
4.9rated on Google · 44 reviewsMost poured foundation cracks are shrinkage cracks that leak but are not dangerous. Some are not. We tell you which one you have, seal it properly from the inside, and only recommend structural work when it is actually needed.
Signs you need foundation crack repair
- Vertical or diagonal crack in a poured wall that leaks after rain
- Water staining in a line below a crack
- Cracks at window wells or where pipes pass through the wall
- Horizontal cracks or walls that bow inward (call right away)
- Doors or windows upstairs that have started sticking
How we do it
Assessment
We measure the crack, check for movement and look at the drainage outside that is pushing water against it.
Surface prep
The crack is cleaned and injection ports are set along its length.
Injection
Flexible polyurethane fills the full depth of a leaking crack and stays flexible as the wall moves with the seasons. Epoxy is used where structural bonding is required.
Finish
Ports are removed and the surface is dressed so it is ready to paint or finish over.
Common questions
Is a crack in my foundation serious?
Hairline vertical cracks are common and usually just need sealing. Horizontal cracks, stair-step cracks in block, or walls that lean need a closer look. We will tell you straight.
How long does an injection repair take?
Usually a few hours per crack, and you can finish over it the next day.
Will the crack come back?
Polyurethane stays flexible, so the sealed crack keeps holding as the wall expands and contracts. We stand behind the repair.
